  • Market creation and resolution are entirely user-driven.

3. Token Information

3.1. WODS Token

  • $WODS is the native token used for all Platform activities

  • Token ownership has been renounced

  • Liquidity is permanently locked and burned

  • No entity can remove liquidity from the decentralized exchange (DEX). Team has no control of the token.

3.2. Market Creation

  • Creating markets requires staking 200,000 WODS tokens

  • Staked tokens remain locked until market resolution

  • Creators are solely responsible for market resolution

4. User Responsibilities

4.1. Due Diligence

  • Users must conduct their own research (DYOR) before participation

  • Verify Base names on-chain before placing bets

  • Review market creator's history and reputation

  • Understand the specific terms and conditions of each market

4.2. Risk Awareness

  • Users participate at their own risk

  • No guarantees of accuracy, reliability, or fairness are provided

  • Users should only participate with amounts they can afford to lose

  • The Platform does not guarantee market resolution outcomes

5. Market Creation and Resolution

5.1. Creator Responsibilities

  • Market creators must provide clear, unambiguous market terms

  • Creators are solely responsible for accurate and timely market resolution

  • Staked tokens serve as accountability measure

5.2. Participant Guidelines

  • Verify market creator's credentials before participation

  • Understand that market resolution is at creator's discretion

  • No refunds or disputes will be processed by the Platform since creators do not and can not control any responsibility.
